MaD Crafty Block Printing Vouchers & Discounts Policy

General

This policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to all vouchers, discounts, and promotional offers for workshops and taster sessions.

 

By booking a session or using a discount, you agree to the terms set out below.

Taster Session Discount (£5 Off)

• Customers who attend a block printing taster session will receive a £5 discount towards a full workshop booking.

• The discount will be issued after attendance at the taster session.

• The discount is valid for 6 months from the date of the taster session.

 

Use of Discount Codes

• Discount codes must be entered at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively.

• Only one discount code may be used per booking.

• Discount codes are non-transferable and intended for use by the individual who received them.

• Discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

 

Expiry

• All vouchers and discount codes must be used within the stated validity period (e.g. 6 months for taster session discounts).

• Expired discounts will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

Combining Offers

• Discounts and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounted pricing,
  unless explicitly stated.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

• If a booking made using a discount code is cancelled, the discount will not be reissued or extended unless required
  by law.

• Standard cancellation terms for workshops will still apply.

 

Right to Amend

• The organiser reserves the right to amend or withdraw discount offers at any time without prior notice.

• Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
