MaD Crafty Block Printing Terms of Service

Hello and welcome to Mad Crafty Block Printing!

By shopping with us, booking a workshop, or browsing our website, you agree to the terms below — nothing scary, just the important bits to keep everything running smoothly.

About Us

Mad Crafty Block Printing is a small, creative business based in Birmingham, offering:

• hand block-printed goods

• relaxed, friendly creative workshops

Every piece is made with care (and usually a bit of ink on our hands too!).

Our Products

All of our items are:

• hand printed

• unique

• perfectly imperfect

This means:

• no two pieces are ever identical

• slight variations, marks, or misalignments are part of the design — not faults

We think that’s where the magic lives ✨

Orders

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received

• Very occasionally we may need to cancel an order (e.g. stock issues) — if so, you’ll receive a full refund

Prices & Payment

• All prices are in GBP (£)

• Payment is taken at checkout

• Prices may change from time to time

Delivery

• We’ll always do our best to get your order to you quickly

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

• Your order remains our responsibility until it reaches you

Returns & Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details (spoiler: everything is handmade and unique, so returns are limited).

Workshops

All workshop bookings are subject to our Workshop Policy.

Our Designs

All designs, prints, and content belong to Mad Crafty Block Printing.

Please don’t copy, reproduce, or sell our designs — they’re the result of lots of time, creativity, and tea ☕

Liability

We’ll always do our best to provide lovely products and safe, enjoyable workshops.

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UK law, including:

• your rights if something is faulty

• liability for injury caused by negligence

Privacy

Your information is handled with care — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally — the latest version will always apply.
