Because all of our items are hand printed and completely unique, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.

 

Handmade & One-of-a-Kind

Each item is:

• individually printed by hand

• naturally imperfect

• slightly different from the next

These variations are part of the process and not considered faults.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If something isn’t right:

• please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

• include a photo if possible

 

If your item is genuinely faulty or damaged, we will offer:

• a replacement (where possible), or

• a full refund

 

Important Note

This policy does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.
